Direct Services

We have four Direct Services we provide that are all free of charge. These include our local Medical Transportation Program, our Medical Transportation Program to Marquette, a Wood Cutting Program, and also a Food Pantry.

Several characteristics make our Medical Transportation programs special. First of all, we never charge any elderly person for a ride. We believe that one does not charge a friend for being helpful. Secondly, we have two wheelchair vans available so we are able to transport elderly who need assistance. Third, and probably most important is that we offer to stay with the elderly person as needed. These make our transportation program special for our elderly friends.
